HIGHLAND – Over a dozen residents of the Town of Lloyd urged the zoning board of appeals to reject a proposed pet crematorium in the hamlet of Highland.
The overwhelming consensus of those who spoke maintained such a facility does not meet the town code as it defines a service business.
