5/14/25: Lloyd denies request for appeal on crematory (Southern Ulster Times)

Last week the Lloyd Zoning Board of Appeals [ZBA], denied resident Bruce Epperson from presenting his appeal of a determination made by Building Department Director Dave Barton that a proposed Pet Crematorium is a Service Business. That determination has allowed the project to move forward before the Planning Board. The proposed location is about 160 feet from the Highland Elementary School. Read more online or in a PDF.
